203: Ron Scheese, CEO of Andesa Services

The EsOp Podcast - Ron Scheese, CEO of Andesa Services

Bret Keisling and Jesse Tyler (of the Owner to Owner podcast) are joined by Ron Scheese, CEO of 100% ESOP Andesa Services, author of More Than a Company, and keynote speaker at The NCEO's Annual EO Conference in Seattle, Washington in April 2022, where this episode was recorded. Ron discusses Andesa's journey from an initial 8% ESOP to now 100%, how culture needs to be consistently nurtured, how the workplace has changed during the pandemic, the importance of financial literacy for employee owners, servant leadership, overcoming a disappointing employee satisfaction survey, how EO fits in with his core values, and he shares his "EO A-ha Moment."

We have signed copies of Ron's book, "More Than a Company: Leading in a Values-Based Ecosystem" to give away to the first ten listeners who request a copy by emailing bret@keisop.com.
