The team describes the Fall Forum's sessions, networking opportunities, sky top luncheon, pre-Forum content, virtual and in-person events, and registration deadlines.

Jaymie Oviedo

As the senior director of events for the NCEO, Jaymie Oviedo manages meetings and events that encourage thriving employee ownership. Jaymie is an experienced event operation and marketing professional serving across a multitude of industries. You’ll see her volunteering and modeling service to her family and friends.

She was born in the Pacific Northwest but has lived in San Diego, Phoenix, and Denver, and recently moved to the East Coast with her husband, two young children, and a family rescue dog. She is an avid Ironman triathlete, runner, hiker, and golfer.

Danielle Clarke-Newell

Danielle Clarke-Newell is an event associate at the NCEO. She manages the event communications and coordinates the logistics for the NCEO's webinar compass series, seminars and the Fall ESOP Forum. Danielle’s event-planning career spans over a decade in the orchestral, hospitality, media, and pharmaceutical industries. She has planned conferences, virtual convenings, board meetings, and corporate gatherings. She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in event planning from LIM College in New York City.

When she’s not managing the programming for our events, she is an avid cook, enjoys practicing yin yoga, tending to her plants, and reading.
